Session Fee: $130 direct pay. February only
Jana provides compassionate, client-centered therapy for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship stress. She collaborates closely with clients to understand patterns that keep them stuck and to build practical tools that support lasting change.
Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each individual’s needs. Jana is trained in trauma-informed care and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which she integrates thoughtfully to support healing from past experiences while helping clients feel grounded in the present.
She prioritizes creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move at their own pace. Jana believes meaningful change grows through connection, curiosity, and consistency, and she is committed to helping clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion. Her work emphasizes clarity, balance, emotional safety, and sustainable personal growth.

Dr. Katherine Segal
Ph.D, LCSW (telehealth)
Session Fee: $180 direct pay clients only
Sessions opening April 13. Book now.
Dr. Katherine is an integrative clinical social worker specializing in the mind-body connection and lifestyle medicine. “Lifestyle”—how we sleep, what we eat, how much we move, and how we care for ourselves—has a bidirectional relationship with mood, stress tolerance, and even chronic health symptoms. When we sleep through the night, nourish our bodies, move regularly, and engage in self-care, we feel better and are better prepared to handle unexpected stress. But chronic stress and traumatic experiences can chip away at these habits, leading to profound impacts on daily life. Addressing emotional and somatic symptoms alongside lifestyle patterns helps foster deeper healing.
Dr. Katherine works collaboratively to understand your needs, clarify meaningful goals, and support your return to greater stability.
Having earned an MSW and a PhD in Integrative Mental Health, Dr. Katherine works directly with clients, supports fellow therapists, and teaches social work students.
