Counseling Services

We are born in relationship, we are wounded in relationship, and we can be healed in relationship.
— Harville Hendrix, Ph.D.

We help individuals, couples, families, and groups  struggling with anxiety, depression, LGBTQ+, faith crises, trauma and more. With waiting lists months long, establishing a relationship with a mental health provider before crisis hits is wise.

At The Garden Refuge, we charge on a sliding scale. Guided by licensed clinicians and some of the most highly trained clinical faculty, our graduate interns focus on meaningful connection. We’re growing tomorrow’s top therapists while helping you thrive today.
